Review: Great service by Phil in the Orchard Street store. A very good deal in direct comparison with John Lewis for a Pro Lux Tempur mattress. Excellent product reliably supplied within a couple of weeks by polite and professional delivery guys.

Review: In advance we had a look at their website and kind of already had in mind what we wanted to get. So we went to the store in order to get some last advice and were ready to buy. However, when we entered the store, the one sales employee that was working that day was busy with another customer. He didn’t even say ‚Hello‘ when we came in and completely ignored us. We then spend more than 30 minutes walking around in the store waiting for someone to at least say something like ‚sorry, I‘ll be with you in a bit‘. At some point we stood next to the sales man and the other customer and he still completely ignored us until we said ‚Hello‘ and he said ‚hello‘ back and went ahead with the other customer. At some point we just left the store. It was a really bad experience being completely ignored like that. We were willing to wait and very understanding that you can only advice one customer at a time (which is another minus to only have one single employee). However, a friendly ‚hello‘ or ‚I‘m really sorry, will be with you soon‘ would have been enough and we would have waited.
